I created this piece in close collaboration with Chef Andrea Accordi and the team at Riva del Fiume, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, to turn tableside service into a sensory performance. Designed specifically for crafting the iconic Venetian Sgroppino, the trolley balances live-service functionality with the quiet elegance of bespoke furniture.
