A stunning sculpture and art piece that seamlessly blends functionality and beauty. Crafted from a single slab of antique golden teak, this console features a unique and beautiful live edge top, showcasing the natural grain pattern of the wood.
On the client’s request, I crafted one solid wood drawer using authentic dovetail construction, side hung for minimal intrusion. The drawer front is made from exceptional grain patterned teak, and is adorn with a custom solid brass drawer handle. The drawer interior bottom is lined in genuine leather.
The legs in extra clear German glass gives a delicate floating effect to the top.
The console is finished with a silky smooth, durable oil and wax, ensuring that it will stand the test of time.
