Custom Serving Tray for Le Normandie 

A set of 4 square serving trays for the Two Michelin Star Le Normandie French restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok. Each tray is carved out of one solid piece of wood providing uninterrupted grain flow throughout all 4 pieces. Acid etched logo in solid brass is inlaid flush on two sides of the tray.
