Le Normandie Caviar Tray

 

30 caviar trays for the Two Michelin Star Le Normandie French restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Bangkok. Made in collaboration with Chef Arnaud Dunand and restaurant manager Rahman Bousnina. We went through designs and prototypes together like we always do. Every tray is made from authentic old reclaimed Thai teak with a hand rubbed food safe finish.
