Bookmatched top in reclaimed Makha wood. Quilted inlays in burl and signature stitches with brass inlay are added for strengthening and repairing sections of the slab which were decayed. Alternating the direction and angle the wood inlays are cut and their grain figure allows for a holographic effect reminiscent of a precious jewel.
