I designed this trolley with the same care I bring to every piece: it is not just furniture, but a companion to ritual.
Working with Chef Andrea Accordi, Sofia Marizza and the team at Riva del Fiume, Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, I wanted to create something that moves quietly through the restaurant, yet transforms the moment it arrives at the table.

My design choices

• Dual full‑extension drawers — lined with silicone so glassware stays secure, even in motion.
• Dual folding extensions — compact when closed, generous when opened for service.
• Low‑vibration wheels — because movement should be effortless, never disruptive.
• Modular marble inserts — interchangeable surfaces that adapt to cheese, dessert, or wine.

Why it matters

For me, design is about precision and presence. The trolley is built to glide between tables, to hold its silence until it becomes a stage.
Every detail – from the joinery to the marble – is chosen to support the chef’s choreography and the guest’s experience.
